TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellation policies are subject to the rate in effect at the time of booking.

MINORS POLICY:

We accept minors, always accompanied by adults. All minors are charged as adults, unless Hosteria Austral stipulates otherwise for certain reservations.

PET POLICY:

Pets are not accepted. 

PRIVACY POLICY AND TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Hostería Austral, we will provide strict confidentiality, security and protection to the information you give us and we will comply with all the provisions of the applicable laws, mainly with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and its regulations, especially with those contained in art. 25 of the same, art. 9, regarding security measures and art. 10 referring to the confidentiality of data. We put at your disposal the following e-mail: reservas@hosteriaaustral.com.ar, where they will help you to manage any concerns related to the processing of data and information from third parties.

This Privacy Policy is based on:  

- The Personal Data base that we conform, will not have purposes contrary to the laws or public morality.  We use your data or information exclusively to establish a database that allows us to send information related to our commercial and business activity. 

- In the collection of Personal Data we will take the utmost care to ensure that they are true, adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and purpose for which we collect them.  

-We will collect the data only through fair, clear, transparent means and in accordance with the legal provisions.  

-The data we collect will only be used for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, as long as they were the causes that motivated their collection in the first place.  

- We try to ensure that the information you provide us is always accurate and up to date. To this end, we invite you to proceed to its modification or deletion, whenever necessary. 

- We store the Personal Data in such a way that you can access them, in exercise of the rights granted to you by the laws of your jurisdiction or by this Policy.  

- We undertake that our staff will treat Personal Data in strict confidence, as will our suppliers, both during the term of the contract between Us and You and after its termination, with no time limit. We will only disclose your Personal Data, in the permitted cases and under the conditions of lawfulness legally established.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you expressly authorize us to collect, process, store, share and/or treat the Personal Data you provide to us, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and regulatory provisions. If you do not want to provide us with data or that we use them in any of the ways permitted by this Privacy Policy, you should refrain from making a reservation.

You may exercise your rights of access, information, rectification, updating and deletion of your Personal Data, as set forth in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No 25.326 and regulatory provisions.

You have the right, at any time, to request a copy of the information about you in our possession. To request a copy of all or some of your Personal Data, you should write to reservas@hosteriaaustral.com.ar. We reserve the right to charge a fee for this.

You have the right to request that your Personal Information not be used for marketing purposes. To change your advertising preferences or unsubscribe, you should send a message to reservas@hosteriaaustral.com.ar. These promotional actions comply with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, article 27 which states: "The holder may at any time request the withdrawal or blocking of his name from the data banks referred to in this article" and Decree 1558/01, article 27 which provides: "Any communication for advertising purposes made by mail, telephone, e-mail, Internet or other remote means to be known, must indicate, expressly and prominently, the possibility of the data holder to request the withdrawal or blocking, in whole or in part, of his name from the database. At the request of the data subject, the name of the person in charge or user of the database who provided the information shall be informed".  

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, under which it shall be interpreted. Any dispute arising in connection with this Privacy Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina.  

This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time in order to include improvements or any other change in the activity.
